The Workpower Advisory Council is helping develop the new Workpower: For Employers resource with video lessons presented by and for people who have disabilities, similar to Workpower!

Workpower: For Employers will show strategies for employers to create more inclusive workplaces that support success for employees who have disabilities – which will actually benefit ALL employees.

The Workpower Advisory Council is starting with LISTENING SESSIONS to learn the insights of:

• • California adults who have disabilities and have interest in or experience with workplace challenges and workplace solutions employers can use to support success
  • Vocational & employment directors/managers/coordinators working with California agencies committed to workplace success for people with disabilities
