Are you looking for a short, straightforward school staff training program on sexual abuse prevention and human trafficking prevention that meets the requirements mandated by the state?

As the majority of United States have adopted Erin’s Law and the North Carolina General Assembly has passed the Safe Child Act (SB 199), all NC schools are now legally required to put in place child sexual abuse and human trafficking training of at least 2 hours every 2 years for staff members who work directly with school students in grades K through 12.

We’ve designed and developed this program package to fulfill the precise requirements of this mandate, so that NC schools can ensure compliance with ease. The Full Circle Safety Program Package also matches the requirements of many other states’ laws for the protection of young people against sexual abuse and trafficking.

Learn from proven experts: Kidpower International is the global nonprofit leader in personal safety education, training more than 8 million people worldwide, since 1989.

How It Works

The Full Circle Safety Program Package provides two modules of safety skills training from child safety experts:

Each module consists of a 1-hour video training that can be taken by individual educators through the Kidpower Online Learning Center, or viewed as a group at your school’s in-person professional development event. Each learner will be given a certificate of completion, and schools can keep track of who has completed the training.

You will also receive access to a selection of further resources to help you expand your knowledge, including demo videos of short lessons on consent for students aged 3-16 years, plus an ebook excerpted from the bestseller Doing Right by Our Kids: Protecting Child Safety at All Levels.
