This is just one example of how Kidpower saves lives…

“Several years ago, my husband Jeff used his Kidpower skills during a solo trip abroad when someone tried to attack and rob him. In a busy, public space he yelled, “I need help!”, something he had learned and practiced in a Fullpower workshop. Yelling loudly got other people’s attention and made the attacker run off. People came to Jeff’s aid, and the man was apprehended. Jeff believes that Kidpower skills saved his life.– John Luna-Sparks, LAc, LCSW, Kidpower Senior Program Leader

In our workshops for ALL ages, participants learn by DOING rather than just being told what to do. When we practice, our bodies create memories and we are more likely to remember what to do in an emergency.
